Bryan's busiest street is getting a major makeover with crews moving in which might cause drivers some traffic delay.
The Briarcrest Drive widening project will start tomorrow.
Concrete medians will be built which will limit vehicles from turning into and exiting a number of businesses on Briarcrest.
As work progresses, TxDOT tells us traffic will be reduced to one lane each way from time to time during construction.
The project is happening from Kent Street to the Highway 6 frontage road.
