Uncertain Future for Bryan Hooters Restaurant
After all the hype and hoopla, there may not be a Hooters restaurant in Bryan after all. The company that owns the Texas franchise says it wants to reevaluate plans of locating in the Twin Cities.

After all the hype and hoopla, there may not be a Hooters restaurant in Bryan after all. The company that owns the Texas franchise says it wants to reevaluate plans of locating in the Twin Cities.
Hooters has yet to file for a building permit with the city of Bryan. Company officials told the city they are reconsidering expansion after cost overruns at their two newest restaurants in the Houston area.
The Bryan location did receive an alcoholic beverage permit in December, despite strong local protest. But since then, there's been no activity at the prospective site on Texas Avenue.

it could cs orange building code. some rr's refuse to put maroon up on the building.I know there is a lot of hype about sexually oriented businesses in cs area but hooters isn't hardly a SOB after all there isn't any nudity involved

I love Hooter's! Glad to see that they are coming to town. To all of the people that hate college students because we cause traffic and to the people who hate change..Move to Hearne.
