Three new cases of West Nile have popped up in Brazos County, including the second human case of the season. County health officials will only say that person lives in College Station, and that proper measures have been taken.
Also in College Station, a blue jay from Austin Avenue was found to have the disease. And a mosquito sample from Franklin Street in Bryan tested positive. All appropriate measures have been taken.
