A jury is deliberating the fate of a man accused of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The trial for 41-year-old Carl Kocman ended Wednesday as the defense rested its case.
Kocman pleaded not guilty to the charge stemming from an incident last July when he was accused of trying to run a man over with his car and then getting into a fistfight with the man.
The jury will resume deliberations on Thursday.
