A man is behind bars charged with several counts of flashing himself in Bryan and College Station.
22 year old Scott Huggins of Bryan was arrested Wednesday. Monday night, two women gave police Huggins’ license plate number after they say he exposed himself to them at Royal Oaks Apartments in Bryan.
That tip lead police to Huggins. Officers say more charges may still be filed against him.
College Station police have already charged Huggins with Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit Sexual Assault with a bond amount of $100,000.
Criminal Attempt Sexual Assault with a bond amount of $100,000.
Criminal Trespass of Habitation with a bind amount $10,000.
