Those who died and were injured in last summer's apartment explosion at Texas A&M were remembered Tuesday night.
"This ceremony is a reminder that when tragedy touches any member of the Aggie family, it touches us all, but even in our grief, we draw strength from one another," said Texas A&M University President, Dr. Robert Gates
Hundreds gathered for the memorial service at the university apartment's community center. The remembrance was held for the family of graduate student, Saquib Ejaz who's 4 year old daughter and mother died.
His wife and father also suffered serious injuries. Children made butterfly arts and crafts and dedicated them to the Ejaz family. There was also a candlelight vigil and moment of silence.
