West Nile In Bryan

The mosquitos were collected by Texas A&M's Mosquito Lab workers from Chelsea Circle in Copperfield.

The Brazos County Health Department confirmed the mosquitoes collected in Bryan tested positive for West Nile.

Bryan mosquito control workers have already begun applying control measures in the area, including spraying and putting mosquito dunks in standing water.

The Health Department will be in the neighborhood Wednesday distributing West Nile Information.
