A judge refuses to lower the bond of a Bryan man accused of capital murder.
Chad Davis, 30 appeared before Judge J.D. Langley on Thursday to ask that his bond be reduced from $750,000.
Judge Langley denied the request.
Chad and his brother, Trey, along with another man are charged with the shooting death of Tommy Andrade.

In August 2003, three men broke into Andrade's Brazos County home.
Following a gun battle, Andrade and Jesse Mancuso, 23 were killed while two others were injured.
Davis' trial will begin November 1.
