Funeral services were held for baby Joseph Thursday. The gravesite service was at the Bryan City cemetery Thursday morning.
The infant was found last week in a restroom trash can at Texas World Speedway. A motorcycle race had been held at the track.
A small crowd of law enforcement officials and Southern Oaks Baptist Church members gathered for the service.
Preliminary autopsy results showed baby Joseph died of asphyxiation. Investigators have no suspects at this time and are waiting on final autopsy results.
