2012 Grand Totals:
Preliminary figures are out for the 2012 Food For Families Food Drive, and organizers say they've collected at least $185,792 and more than 203,507 lbs of donated food.
Thousands of donors lined up throughout the day Wednesday to help out those in need this holiday season at drop-off locations in Bryan, Madisonville, and Navasota.
In addition to individual donations, many corporate entities sponsored 'dollar-for-dollar' matching programs that helped boost the food bank's numbers.
The drive was the 17th annual event. This year's drive beat last year's monetary donation by more than $67,000.
