BRYAN - UPDATE: Lights at SH 21 and FM 2818 are temporarily flashing. They will not be able to restore the lights until the rain has passed.
The traffic light at a major intersection in north Bryan is expected to be out until after 2:00 p.m.
Police say a truck slid into a control box at SH 21 and FM 2818, causing the traffic signal to go out. The repair is expected to take 4-5 hours.
Police are asking motorists to slow down on wet roads and to use caution if a traffic signal is out.
