The Trinity mother who fled with her baby to keep CPS from taking him is still behind bars with bond set at $1,500.
Twenty-four-year-old Samantha Corley is charged with child endangerment.
Police say she has mental health issues is under a 24-hour watch.
Corley's son, Colby, turned a week old Thursday. Colby has been released from Texas Children's Hospital in Houston. CPS reports he's doing great and is now in a foster home.
