Brazos County and the city of Bryan have decided to request payment of tax money from Decision One.
The tech support company shut down in July and by doing so, broke the tax abatement contract it had with the city and county.
Now both are asking for the money Decision One did not have to pay due to the tax break.
The county says over $59,000 is owed in tax money. Bryan says nearly $90,000 is owed to the city.
A letter will be sent to Decision One sometime this month demanding payment.
