The city of Bryan appears to be following the lead of College Station in dealing with how many college students can live in a rented home.
Bryan's planning and zoning commission rolled out 3 recommendations for city council on Tuesday.
One suggested creating new restrictions for single family home neighborhoods.
Another was creating a new zoning district and limiting the number of unrelated persons that can live together to 2.
The third was a rental property registration.
City Council will schedule a workshop to consider the recommendations.
