Accused Bryan Murderer Back on Trial After Mistrial

Same trial, different jury: Monday, jurors were selected in the retrial of a Bryan murder case.

Lee Earnest Hamilton is accused in the beating death of 44-year-old Robert Jordan in June 2007. But back in March, a jury could not reach a verdict in the case following 10 hours of deliberations.

The 53-year-old Hamilton allegedly beat Jordan to death with a shotgun after it failed to fire.

If convicted, he faces up to life in prison.
