He survived one trial, but Thursday his luck ran out.

A Brazos County jury has found Lee Hamilton, 53, guilty of beating his neighbor to death with a shotgun that didn't fire.

In March, a jury could not reach a verdict in the case.

The punishment phase will take place Friday morning. Hamilton could face life in prison.
