A man accused of driving drunk and crashing his car with a four-month-old on board is among those indicted in Brazos County.

According to authorities, Denver Moore's blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit when the 25-year-old crashed on Finfeather Road in Bryan back in January.

The car is believed to have been going at least 25 miles per hour over the speed limit when it wrecked and flipped several times.

Moore was thrown from the vehicle according to court documents. The infant had to be flown to Scott and White in Temple with skull fractures.

Moore faces a pair of felony charges as a result.

AM, I wouldn't care if she just skinned her knee. That's not the point.

If what you say is true about the child's condition, AM, I'm glad the baby is fine.

I am a close friend of this family, and let me just say that the story one is very stretched, the infant sustained one minor head injury (a very small scull fracture, less than one milimeter )and she is very healthy. And for the sceptics the mother was at work, trying to provide for her family! And secondly the accused was not twice the legal limit. And by all means, I am not justifying that drinking and driving is okay, because it is not. Especially with a child. The news never explains the truth, and that is sad!!!By the way the infant is great. She has no ongoing medical problems, she is 100% healthy!
