Two separate accidents have left one person dead and three injured.
A motorcycle rider is in critical but stable condition at College Station Medical Center after a major accident on Harvey Mitchell Parkway.
Police say the unidentified man was travelling north on Harvey Mitchell just past George Bush Drive when he drove the motorcycle into the bed of a pickup truck.
The pickup driver was turning south onto the Mitchell Parkway when the accident occurred.
The impact threw the motorcycle rider off the bike.
Police are still unsure who is at fault in the accident.
He was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and his friend, who was not involved in the accident, was riding a motorcycle next to him.
The wreck shut down traffic on Harvey Mitchell Parkway for almost four hours.
Another accident, this one in Milam County has left a Temple woman dead.
DPS officials say Constance Grisham, 59, was westbound on F.M. 485 when she ran off the road and into a creek bed.
Loveta Grisham, 77, was killed in the accident.
Troopers say she was not wearing a seatbelt.
The younger Grisham and Colby Brockett, 4, were also injured.
