Two police officers from a small Montgomery County town have been indicted after an altercation that was recorded by their patrol car's camera.
Shenandoah police officer Jeremy Klammer is charged with aggravated assault and official oppression.
His partner, officer Heath Romeril, also faces a charge of official oppression.
The officers were responding to a minor traffic accident on I-45 in September when Romeril got into a disagreement with one of the vehicles' owners.
Police say videotape shows Klammer hitting a man with his fist and tackling him.
Romeril is then seen pepper-spraying the man.
An investigation was launched based on information provided by a supervisor called to the scene
