A fatal accident on Texas 21 in Lee County has left an Arkansas man dead.
It happened shortly after 6 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of County Road 113.
DPS says Eduardo Guerra Sr., 25, of Dardanelle, Arkansas, pulled in front of an on-coming pickup truck.
Guerra Sr. was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
His son, Eduardo Guerra Jr., 4, of Giddings, is in stable condition at an Austin hospital.
The other driver was not injured.
