A high profile capital murder trial in Brazos County is set to begin again, for the second time.
Opening arguments are scheduled to start Tuesday in the case of Chad Davis, after a jury was selected Monday.

Davis is accused of hiring out-of-state gunmen to kill Tommy Andrade in the summer of 2003.
Police say the murder plot involved a drug trafficking ring.

A jury was seated earlier this month, but because of juror problems, Judge JD Langley declared a mistrial.

Prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty.
