Libertarian Candidates Announce for Local Offices

By  |

The candidate filing period for the March primaries has begun, and two local candidates made their intentions known today.

Karen Hall and Charles Stover are both members of the Libertarian party.

Hall is running for County Commissioner Place 2, a position currently held by Republican Duane Peters.

Stover plans to challenge Republican incumbent Fred Brown for District 14 state representative.

The primaries are March 7.

Candidates for the major statewide races, including governor, lieutenant governor, and U-S Senator are expected to wait a few days before announcing their intentions.
