Davis Capital Murder Trial to Resume

By  |

Testimony is expected to resume Monday in the capital murder trial of Chad Davis.

Davis is accused of hiring three out of state men to kill local record producer Tommy Andrade.

Andrade was shot to death at his home in August of 2003.

But one of the suspected gunmen was also killed.

A second gunman remains at large, and the third, Brad Padrick, is expected to testify sometime this week.

Testimony was halted early on Friday because Davis' attorney had a severe cold.

The trial was expected to continue Monday morning as the prosecution calls more witnesses.
