Bryan Juvenile Curfew Vote Tuesday

By  |

Bryan's city council holds the fate of young people's future late-night outings in their hands.

The second reading of the proposed juvenile curfew will be read at Tuesday night's 6 PM council meeting. If approved, the law would start January 2nd.

The law says that with a few exceptions, people ages 16 and younger cannot be out in Bryan between midnight and 5 AM. Bryan Police have been adapting the plan over the past few weeks based on citizen and council input.
