One last round of rain & thunderstorms is moving through the Brazos Valley tonight -- along and ahead of an approaching cold front. Winds upwards of 40mph will be possible along & ahead of this activity. The winds subside once the rain begins, however, a quick 0.25" of an inch of rain is possible and dime size hail cannot be ruled out. These storms should be south of the Brazos Valley by 2am.
For years the Lehman family has been heading out the day after Christmas to snag discounted Christmas decorations.
The Lehman's like other shoppers all around the United States woke up at dawn just for the rush, and it wasn't a marathon. These shoppers weren't in danger either; they're doing it for sales and for tradition.
"We just get up early and come shopping all day," shopper Christy Lehman said.
"There are some people who will fight and steal stuff off your baskets," Christy's Aunt said.
But the Lehman's didn't let that happen. They filled their baskets, leaving other shoppers in the dust, and made their purchases, and even stuffed their car.
The Lehman's said they shop till they drop.
