A 19-year old Blinn College student faces intoxicated manslaughter charges stemming from a Christmas Eve car crash that killed four Houston teens.
Authorities say Brandon Boecker of Houston was driving a Ford Explorer around 2am when it slammed into a van in West Harris County.
Three teens were pronounced dead at the scene. A fourth died Christmas Day at Hermann Hospital.
Police say Boecker failed a field sobriety test and refused to take a breath test. Boecker had recently finished serving a six-month probation for racing on the highway.
