A tense situation Thursday morning, turned out fine at Caldwell's St. Joseph Medical Center.
Three patients were moved to St. Joseph in Bryan after a fire broke out in the EMS rooms in the hospital.
Hospital administrators say the rooms received minimal damage and no one was injured.
An official cause is unknown at this time, but hospital administration believes an exhaust fan caught on fire.
The hospital is back to normal, and the patients are able to come back.
