A FLASH FLOOD WATCH is in effect for Lee county through this evening. Rain & thunderstorms will continue to be possible for the Brazos Valley, through the overnight hours. Severe thunderstorms cannot be ruled out -- damaging winds, large hail, and even an isolated tornado threat will need to be monitored.
The plan to open a new seafood restaurant in College Station will likely get pushed back.
That's after fire severely damaged the building Saturday in the 1600 block of University Drive.
It happened in the building that once house the Rockfish Grille.
What caused the fire is not known, but this is the second fire at that location.
Units from both Bryan and College Station responded, and one Bryan firefighter was taken to a local hospital for what is thought to be exhaustion.
The building is currently being remodeled to house a Fish Daddy's restaurant.
