A major accident held up traffic on 2818 Thursday afternoon.
A car was broadsided by a truck after the car ran a red light at the intersection of Turkey Creek and 2818.
The collision caused the car to careen into a light pole, while the truck hit another car.
Although Bryan fire fighters had use the jaws of life to remove the driver of the car, no major injuries were reported.
A two-year-old was transported to St. Joseph's, but was quickly released with a clean bill of health.
