Both lanes of Highway 21 were shut down for a couple of hours Wednesday afternoon after a Ford Taurus flipped and caught fire.
It happened just inside the Brazos County limits, near the little Brazos River bridge.
Witnesses say the driver of the car was speeding driving recklessly.
The only survivor, a woman in her mid twenties, is at St. Joseph Hospital.
Investigators are working to identify the victims.
