It's a Brazos County double murder case which has been unraveling for three years. Thursday night, a fifth man is jailed and charged with capitol murder for the death of Tommy Andrade.
Willie Davis will join his sons -- a hired hitman, and one other key player -- behind bars.
This is Davis's second time to be jailed in the case. The first time, he was only charged with tampering with evidence and bonded out.
Police believe Willie Davis helped his sons, Chad and Trey, avoid arrest by taking them out of state after the shootout in August 2003. Tommy Andrade and one of the three hired hitmen died that night. Police say it was all part of a drug deal gone wrong.
Now, only one alleged gunman, Boris Mogilevich, remains at-large.
