President Bush Wednesday makes his tenth trip to the Gulf Coast since Hurricane Katrina hit. He flies to New Orleans this morning from Crawford, Texas, where he voted in Tuesday's Texas primary.

He's heading to a city facing questions about whether residents will be safe if another storm hits this year. Two teams of independent experts say the Army Corps of Engineers has been taking shortcuts in rebuilding the levees that protect the below-sea-level city. The Army Corps denies that.

A White House official says Bush will be briefed in New Orleans and then head to the Gulfport-Biloxi, Mississippi, area.
