A Bedias man is one of four Texans indicted for filing false claims with FEMA for hurricane relief.
A warrant has been issued for 48-year-old David Mosley.
The Texas Attorney General's office says Mosely claimed he was living in Louisiana when Katrina hit and requested food, shelter and clothing from the government.
If convicted, Mosely faces up to five years in prison.
