The latest outlook for hiring from the Manpower employment firm indicates more firms plan to increase hiring than cut back.
The survey of 16,000 employers finds 30 percent look to increase hiring in the second quarter. Only six percent expect to cut their payrolls. The majority of those surveyed, some 58 percent plan no change. Six percent say they haven't determined their staffing needs as yet.
