A College Station man was found guilty for breaking into an apartment and shooting a man several times.
Thursday, Joseph Jenkins was found guilty of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The punishment phase of his trial started Thursday afternoon and should end sometime Friday.
Jenkins could get up to life in prison.
