Caldwell ISD has cancelled high school classes Monday due to damage from a fire at the school on Friday.
The decision was made in a Caldwell school trustee meeting Sunday afternoon.
Authorities are labeling the fire that destroyed a chemistry lab as suspicious.
They say they are fairly certain how the fire started, but don't want to speculate.
The fire was contained to the lab, but that particular area was a total loss.
Smoke filled the entire building, leading to health concerns for both students and staff.
Neither are required to report Monday.
