More FEMA Fraud in South Texas

By  |

A pair of Brazos Valley residents have been indicted on charges of filing false claims for FEMA assistance following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

Glenn Jolivette, 40, of Navasota and Crystal McCumber, 27, of San Jacinto could face up to five years in prison and fines of up to a quarter of a million dollars if convicted.

That makes 15 people who have been indicted on that charge in the Southern District of Texas.
