Montgomery County officials and the Department of Labor are in the early stages of an investigation after a Mississippi man fell 160 feet to his death.

Roy Greenwood was working on a cell tower near a YMCA in The Woodlands Monday when he fell, hitting a piece of equipment on the ground.

The cause of his fall is still unknown, but Greenwood was wearing a harness. OSHA will be looking into whether the equipment failed or was not properly used.
