A late night visit from police lands a College Station man in jail facing numerous criminal charges.

Police showed up at a home in the 1200 block of Haines Street shortly before 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. That's where they expected to find Justin Davis, 22, who was wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. What they didn't expect to find were several firearms, illegal weapons, drugs and child pornography.

Davis was arrested on 10 separate charges including four counts of possession of a firearm by a felon. Total bond amount is set at $131,000.

Once he gets to prison and his fellow immates find out what he is convicted of he will wish for death after they finish with him night after night after night. Hey Justin, if you get to read this I want to give you a word of advice. When you get to the "big house" do not drop the soap!!!

Being the mom of two of the children that were approached on Anderson street I would just like to say I hope this creep gets what is coming to him. It is nice to know that one less Child Molester is on the streets. Maybe if he had been conviced of Sexual Assult the first time he was put in the slammer this would not have happened. Regardless of weather this occured in Bryan or College Station it still happened and it just makes you realize that no matter who you are "IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU!" Please take extra care and keep your kids safe. No matter how much contact is made between a child and a preditor it still has a severe effect on the child.

haha! I know this guy! Sucks for you little man! Now it's back to the pen you go! I don't know why they let him out to begin with...it was inevitable that he was gonna go back! Good Riddens!

First of all, I am personally involved. Second of all, you can go to judicial records search for brazos county, and you can look up his record or anyone else's record for that matter. What he did to the kids on Anderson...he showed up at an apartment taking unauthorized pictures of kids in the swimsuits, and even grabbed one child and made another take pictures of this sickko with the child he had by the swimsuit against their will. After all this and the charges that have been brought against him in the above article, this guy is gone for good. Just keep your kids safe because there's plenty more like him. As far as it being Bryan or College Station, none of that stupid mess matters, hell the devil is everywhere. Watch out before he takes a chunk out of ya!

Looks like we have a future death row inmate on our hands. There is little doubt that this maggot will continue along the path of destruction until he reaches his final destination on Texas death row. The state should just go ahead and execute this low life now and save some future victim anguish and save the tax payers some money.

One Hot Redneck Mama, What makes you say that he was arrested for unlawful restraint? Where are you getting your information?

It is interesting to me that this is the way that college station gets a rise out of the community. Sometimes good people are made to look bad by college station police department but you never hear about those issues. criminal trespassing is illegal and to think that it is wrong to remove someone from you property, and to be told by college station police that you have to allow someone on your property that is not welcome is crazy. What happened to our consitutional rights as Americans? I guess that went a long time ago when the power was used to gets warrants for hear-say and no proof or evidence. We all need to understand that even though this person is wanted off the streets, justice is not always the case for college station police department. College station police need to find some alternative when college students are gone for the summer because college station has 5 police officers to every one resident, ideal for a high crime area not college station. Our taxes pay this!

My apologies, the piece of horsedung was arrested July 21, 2008 for unlawful restraint. July 3, 2008 was when it happened. Again, my apologies for the error on the date.

You know what's sad? Kbtx has failed to mention that this guy is the OVER ZEALOUS PHOTOGRAPHER. He was arrested July 3, 2008 for unlawful restraint for what he did to the kids on Anderson (in College Station). Keep your kids safe, and don't think it could never happen to you...

Where are all the Bryan bashers? It's different when it's your porch that needs sweeping out from under isn't it College Station.
