AUSTIN (AP) - The University of Texas at Austin says someone
gained access to nearly 200,000 electronic records.
The security breach involving the university's business school was discovered Friday.
University officials say the material accessed included some Social Security numbers and perhaps some biographical material.
They've notified the state Attorney General's Office.
It's the second major breach in three years.
The records belong to students, staff, alumni and potential students.
