TX-TF1 Deployed to Flooded North Texas

Heavy rainfall in a three-county region in the Wichita Falls area, has Texas Task Force 1 reporting for duty.

Roughly ten inches of rain are being reported in some parts of that North Texas area, trapping some residents in their homes.

TX-TF1 has deployed four water strike teams, three helicopter rescue specialists, and four command ands logistical support with boats and equipment to the area.

Texas Military Forces and helicopters are also on stand-by.
