Child Protective Services removed three children from a Montgomery County home Tuesday after authorities say they found cocaine in a child's dresser.

County investigators acted on a search warrant at a home in the 17000 block of Glen Oaks in south Montgomery County.

There they found methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana, along with drug paraphernalia and hundreds of pounds of copper wire, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

Four people were arrested and charged with drug possession.

One of the suspects faces an additional three counts of child endangerment.

Authorities say charges are pending regarding the copper wire. The suspects claimed to have found the wire on the side of the road in the oil fields near FM 1314.
