Leon County authorities say a Nucor Steel plant employee's death was accidental.
They say the 44-year-old electrician was pinned under a stacking machine and died before he could be life-flighted to a hospital.
The man's identity has not been released, pending notification of his family.
Authorities did say no foul play is suspected, and are instead calling it in their words, a "tragic accident".
The Palestine man had worked on at Nucor for almost a year-and-a-half.
He leaves behind a wife and three children.
