Country music singer Doug Supernaw will not be singing the jail house blues. Wednesday, a Bryan jury found country music singer Doug Supernaw not guilty of public intoxication.
Supernaw's trial started Wednesday morning in the Bryan Municipal Court and it took less than an hour for the jury to reach a verdict.
This is not the first time Supernaw has been in trouble with the law. In September, a Washington County jury could not reach a verdict in an assault trial involving the singer. The trial has been reset.
Two previous bail jumping trials in the same county also ended with hung juries.
Supernaw still has a pending evading arrest charge in Brazos County.
