A Bryan resident has been arrested in connection with a late August hit and run.

Michael Brandon Bogan, 27, is charged with two counts of failure to stop and render aid with bodily injury, and one count of failure to stop and render aid with serious bodily injury. Bogan is out on $30,000 bond.

Police say Bogan hit two men and a woman in the 400 block of Francis Drive in College Station on August 23.

Officers say Bogan then took off without helping the victims. One of the men suffered severe injuries and was taken to Scott and White in Temple.

At last check he was in fair condition.

The other two victims had non-life threatening injuries.

hey at least the cops here got the charge correct. How about in madisonville a 13 year old can hit you, total your car, you and one officer are looking for the kid. The next thing you know you are charged with failure to render aid!! The County Officer constantly telling Camarillo, she did not leave the scene, she was with me. Well, to make this short. The child and his mother were charged by AllState Insurance for THE DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. Yes, they got time. Sad when the victim becomes the accused. But that's madisonville.

Way to go SLICK! I hope that you loose you driver's license and catch some serious time in TDCJ for this. Why did you flee the scene? Man, do you have a conscience? I bet you had been drinking and you probably were intoxicated, that's why!. You NEVER-NEVER leave injured folks like you did. Since you had no compassion for those you injured, I sure hope a jury does not show you any. Well, you better get ready for the lawsuit, because you will be working for the folks you injured for quite sometime to come!
