Police believe he supplied alcohol to a sweet 16 party that ended in tragedy.

Friday, 21-year-old Jimmy Noey Jr. turned himself in to the Brazos County Jail.

Noey was charged with making alcohol available to minors. He has already posted the $4000 bond.

Both he and Wayne Dicky Jr. are accused of bringing alcohol to a party where everyone else was under 21.

Three teens leaving the party died in a high speed accident. One of them was Dicky's sister.

The underage driver had a blood alochol content of .12.

Responding to "no you cant spell" ...If you will proof read your posting you will also see that you said "the would have gotten it anyway"...It should have been "THEY would have gotten it anyway." ...SO before you complain that someone doesnt know how to spell, proof read your own posting and make sure you didnt misspell anything!

I am sorry Mikkie,,,while I will agree with everyone else,,,they were wrong in supplying the alcohol, bad judgment and reckless driving killed these three kids. I would be willing to bet they would have had alcohol one way or another.

WOW..Anonymous person. That was uncalled for. That boy lost his sister and for u to call him a killer???

Posted by: Anonymous on Sep 6, 2008 at 11:31 AM
reply to Thomas ok so you never drank before you were of age? im not saying they werent in the wrong by giving them alcohol but they should know better than to drink and drive plus on top of it driving all crazy so really its not completely these guys fault...everyone is there own person and teens are going to do things they shouldnt do its part of life no one is perfect

Thomas, you are an idiot. These kids had a history of drinking. If they didn't get it from the brother and his friend, they'd get it from someone else. Alcohol is easy to come by.

The jail wouldnt be so full if some of the College Station folks could kick thier drug habits. There are so many of these young college kids in College Station that do drugs and drink while they attend A&M.

Pete: I asked almost the same question 8 months ago. BCSO-jail is full. Over 100 people are on house arrest. For the most part only crime battle hard convicted felonies are kept in the jail now. The worst of the worst. The charge is not felony. The jail is full for two reason. The hurricane a few years ago and Bryan citizens taking up over 80% of it. I asked a very long time Veteran of the Sheriff Dept. how a new jail could be full so fast. If someone could get bryan crime under control the jail would have room. Let us hope the 2ND add on to the jail will not fill up so fast. We need to start locking up some of these misdemeanours for more then a few days.

Reply to anonymous Location: bryan on Sep 5, 2008 at 10:59 PM. They wouldn't have been drinking and driving if THIS TWO MORONS HADN'T PROVIDED THEM WITH THE ALCOHOL! Wake up anonymous. If he loved his sister that much he would have protected her by being a responsible adult and NOT supply the alcohol to minors.

Get a clue Pete - its a misd. charge. The cops don't control that, the courts don't control it, the legislature does. If you don't like it vote the jerks out and get some new people who'll be tough on crime!

well as a 21 year old who has an older sister who yes i did party with when i was under age it dont matter who gave you the alcohol everyone knows you are not supposted to drink and drive so people should stop putting the blame on these two boy i know the girls older brother and he loves his sister and wouldnt do anything to intentionally hurt her

Another low bond for someone who poses a grave risk to our community. Why are we building a new multi-million dollar jail if the bad guys seem to all be out on bond?

Posted by: Anonymous on Sep 5, 2008 at 08:22 PM
wow, an older brother that is supposed to love and protect killed his little sister. oh the horrible guilt he must have. my prayers go out to the families. lost a daughter to a tragic death and now a son who killed her.
