One last round of scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms is possible in the Brazos Valley through midnight. A few storms could be strong to severe, with damaging winds & hail being a concern. An isolated, brief tornado threat cannot be ruled out. Highest potential for severe weather is over the Northeastern Corner of the Brazos Valley.
Seven car owners are assessing the damage after some scary moments in an HEB parking lot.
The accident happened around 4:20pm Friday when a car pulling out of the College Station store hit another car eastbound on Holleman.
The airbags deployed on that eastbound car, and the driver lost control, flying through bushes and into the parking lot. Five parked vehicles were hit. Four of the seven cars involved in the whole mess had to be towed.
The driver and passenger of the car that went off-road were treated for injuries at the scene, but no one else was seriously injured. However, another passenger in that car was a dog, which is now missing.
