Two teens accused of severely beating and sodomizing a 17-year-old boy near Houston have pleaded "not guilty" to aggravated sexual assault charges.
Eighteen-year-old David Henry Tuck and 17-year-old Keith Robert Turner are both from the Houston suburb of Spring. They entered their pleas during a court hearing before state District Judge Michael McSpadden yesterday.
Both defendants are held in the Harris County Jail without bond.
A grand jury indicted each of the teens Wednesday for the April 22nd attack.
Authorities said Tuck and Turner severely beat the victim, sodomized him with a plastic pipe and burned him with cigarettes during a party in Spring.
The victim remains in the intensive care unit at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston. Prosecutors say the injured teen is awake and his health improving, but he isn't yet talking.
