Bryan's new movie theater is changing its policy to match the city's teen curfew.
Under a Bryan city ordinance, juveniles 16 and under can't be out from midnight to 5 am.
When Premier Cinema opened its doors in May, theater officials were unaware of the curfew.
In order to comply with the ordinance, the theater will not sell tickets to juveniles if the movie ends after midnight, unless they have a parent with them.
Cinemark in College Station does not have an age policy and officials said that policy will not change unless a problem arises.
The city of College Station does not have a teen curfew.
