A one-car rollover in Grimes County has sent two people for treatment.
The accident happened this afternoon on Highway 30 near County Road 175. Authorities believe the westbound sedan was travelling too fast and lost control, flipping five or six times.
A woman in the car was air-lifted to Temple for treatment. The other occupant was transported to College Station Medical Center.
Traffic was backed up in either direction while authorities cleaned up, but the roads are now clear.
Friday's rain is not believed to have played a role in causing the wreck.
A second accident happened just north of the Brazos-Grimes County line around 5:30pm Friday. No one was injured in the three-car wreck. Authorities believe one of vehicle's breaks locked up, which started the southbound crash. Traffic was stalled for a-mile-and-a-half while autthorities cleared the scene.
